Plan your week's meals in 10 minutes
The mental load of “what are we eating tonight?” costs more than you think: repeated decisions, duplicate groceries, and fallback meals. The good news is that a ten-minute routine is enough to take back control of the week.
Start by setting a frame, not a menu. How many dinners will you actually cook? How many leftovers are you willing to eat? One “no cooking” night? By setting those constraints first, you avoid planning seven ambitious dinners you will not keep.
Then think in building blocks rather than recipes: a protein source, a starch, two seasonal vegetables, a sauce that changes everything. Three or four well-chosen bases recombine into a whole week without monotony.
Finish with the grocery list, grouped by aisle in the order you walk the store. This is the part most people skip — and it is precisely the part that saves the most time.
That is exactly the logic Daizu automates: you set your constraints once, the app generates your program and the list, and you stay in control to swap whatever does not appeal to you.
