A quick, healthy meal is not a contradiction. It is the combination that decides whether you cook or order at the end of a packed day. The rule shared by these 15 recipes: ready in 20 minutes at most, balanced on macros, doable with two burners and an oven, and a cost under €5 a portion.

The shared secret: have 3–4 pre-prepared bases in the fridge. A cooked starch (rice, quinoa, pasta), a ready protein (hard-boiled eggs, roast chicken, marinated tofu), vegetables ready to use (roasted or washed raw). With those bases, 20 minutes become realistic; without them, it is mathematically impossible to be faster than a drive-through.
