Household portions
Menus and shopping list calibrated to the number of diners.
Daizu builds a nutrition program for several people, adjusts portions to the number of diners, respects allergies and exclusions on the profile, and rolls the household’s shopping into one sorted list. Household portions calibrate quantities and the list; the batch-cooking preference steers toward recipes suited to meal prep.
Building a menu everyone likes — a child who will not eat vegetables, a parent who excludes pork, a third person who is gluten-free — is a daily puzzle. Without a system that crosses the constraints, you quickly land on the same dish three nights a week.
Shopping for 4–5 people is mechanically heavier and more expensive, and forgetting a critical ingredient on Tuesday night means a return trip or a fallback meal.
Family batch cooking often fails from too much ambition: 8 different recipes for 5 people on a Sunday afternoon means fatigue from identical components plus a lack of organization. The realistic version is 4–5 bases you can recombine.
Portions are set to the number of diners on the profile. Allergies and exclusions on the profile filter the dishes: an excluded allergen is never offered.
Household portions adjust menus and the shopping list to the number of diners — one list sorted by aisle for the whole table.
Recipes take available time and your batch-cooking preference into account: dishes suited to meal prep if you cook ahead.

Everything about your personalized plan.
Not yet. Today, a profile states the number of diners: Daizu adjusts portions and the shopping list accordingly. Multi-account sync across phones is not available; the whole table shares the same program from one device.
Daizu is sized for adult profiles. For children, the app can serve as a base for the household nutrition program but does not replace pediatric guidance (PNNS, ANSES). Portions are set to the number of diners, not to a dedicated pediatric profile.
Yes. You enter allergies and exclusions on the profile: no dish containing an excluded allergen is generated. For constraints that diverge sharply between members, a single profile remains the current model — you prioritize the shared exclusions.
